Bratislava, February 5, 2015 – Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a global innovator in home appliances, today launched a microwave oven MW8000J HotBlast™ Smart Oven utilizing new technology, which makes it possible cook food 50% faster as in a traditional electric oven. However, the resulting dish has the same quality as we achieve when using a convection oven (convection oven).
Due to the lack of time, families today consume food prepared in a classic microwave oven, which, however, reduces its quality and taste. Samsung developers focused on this problem and developed HotBlast™ Smart Oven, which offers much more than a convection microwave oven. The HotBlast™ Smart Oven is fast, powerful, stylish and enhances the cooking experience while saving time.
Significantly shorter meal preparation time
Technológia HotBlast™ represents a new way of cooking. Fast and efficient hot air is fired directly at the food through 60 evenly spaced air holes, and thanks to this the food is baked up to 50% faster than in a traditional hot air oven. The fan that creates the hot air has a diameter of 154 mm, which is 1,6 times larger than conventional convection ovens. A favorite family meal, such as a juicy roast chicken, can be ready 47% faster compared to a traditional oven. Although the preparation time has been reduced, the roasted chicken has not lost any of its delicate aroma and taste, and the skin is crispy on the surface and juicy on the inside.
Enjoy perfectly grilled specialties
The MW8000J oven is also equipped with a grill 2250w PowerGrill Duo, which is clearly more efficient than traditional roasting, and dishes are ready again in less time. Its extra wide heating elements emit more powerful and especially consistent heat and grill the food faster. In fact, these are the same bodies that are used in an electric oven.
In addition, the function Crusty Plate it toasts frozen foods such as pizza, baguettes and chicken pieces evenly, golden and creates a perfect crispy crust.
It will bake much more
Although the oven is very compact in size, every centimeter of space is used to the maximum thanks to the baking surface Grand Table. Compared to a standard microwave oven, its internal dimensions are larger and it offers an amazing capacity of 35 liters. In the oven on a wider tray with a diameter of 380 mm, you can also bake a family XXL pizza, for example.
If you want to bake a dish that does not fit on a round plate, just turn off the rotation function of the tray and put any other, more suitable shape of baking dish into the oven.

The inner surface of the MW8000J microwave oven is made of a durable ceramic surface Ceramic Inside. It is easy to clean and resistant to scratches. The color of the ceramics will not change either when exposed to high temperatures or when in contact with vegetable and animal fats.
