Press release: Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. received eight awards for exceptional results during the Buyers Laboratory (BLI) 2015 Summer Awards. It won seven of them for SMART MultiXpress series multifunction printers and one for ProXpress M4580/M4583 black and white multifunction printers.
The award applies to the entire series of printers Samsung SMART MultiXpress 7 (X7600, X7500, X7400, K7600, K7500, K7400). They won in the categories "Outstanding A3 B/W MFP" and "Outstanding A3 Color MFP" in the following speed segments: 51 to 60 ppm, 41 to 50 ppm and 31 to 40 ppm. So they took home six awards in total.
Printers added two more successes K4350LX from the SMART MultiXpress 4 series, which won in the category "Outstanding A3 B/W MFP with 31 to 40 ppm printing speed", and a series of printers SMART ProXpress M4580/M4583FX, i.e. multifunctional A4 models. They ruled the "Outstanding MFP results for medium to large workgroups" category.

Color models with an X in the name print very high-quality images, and black-and-white models with a K in the name received the highest print quality rating from BLI in each of the categories tested. Both color and black-and-white printers showed high scan speeds – two to three times faster than other models on the market in dual scan mode.
The new SMART MultiXpress printing ecosystem
The Samsung MultiXpress 7 series printers feature a quad-core CPU and dual-scan document feeder. They print one page in one second, or scan four pages. The MultiXpress 4 series runs on a dual-core processor and prints 45 pages per minute. It is also equipped with a dual document feeder for fast scanning.
All Samsung SMART MultiXpress printers have a Smart UX Center, which is a user interface based Androidu, which offers intelligent touch functions and applications to ensure smooth print circulation.

The ProXpress M4580/M4583 wins for ease of use and customization
The Samsung ProXpress M4580/M4583 series multifunction printers have been awarded for excellent results for medium to large workgroups.

In addition, it has powerful scanning, low acquisition costs and a control panel on the base Androidu, which offers exceptional customization options to enhance flexibility and ease of use. All of this makes the ProXpress M4580FX an excellent choice for medium to large workgroups.” said Marlene Orr, senior analyst at BLI.
Samsung has won BLI's "Black & White Printer/Multifunction Printer Series of the Year" award for the third time in a row since 2012.
