Galaxy A8It seems that Samsung is already working on successor models Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 a Galaxy A7, which bear the model designations A310, A510 and A710. That these are entry-level models, which will go on sale with a high probability already at the beginning of next year, is indicated by the slightly updated hardware, which differs in certain aspects from the hardware of the models that were launched earlier this year. There will also be differences in dimensions, which is confirmed by the leaked benchmark of the SM-A310 model, sometimes referred to as Galaxy A3X.

The novelty should have a larger, 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, while its predecessor offered a slightly smaller, 4.5-inch display with a resolution of 960 x 540. Inside the new phone is a quad-core Exynos 7580 processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. Mali-T720 graphics chip and 1,5 GB of RAM. Finally, there is a built-in 16GB storage in the base and a pair of cameras, where the front one has 5 megapixels and the rear one has 13 megapixels. So it is probably the same cameras that appeared in Galaxy The J5 that I reviewed a few weeks back. The phone has a pre-installed system Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

Those interested in a larger and more powerful device with an attractive design will get the model Galaxy A7X (SM-A710) with a 5.5-inch display with Full HD resolution. It also has an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, an Adreno 405 graphics chip, and 3GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage. For the fact that it should be a potential successor to a phone from a series that was intended as an upper middle class, it is a decent set. Interestingly, very similar hardware also has Galaxy A8, which is a model that we already rank in the cheaper high-end, both in terms of design and hardware. Finally, information about Galaxy A5X. It will have a 5.2″ display, which is the only information about the phone so far.
