Renault Samsung LogoThere is no doubt that Samsung is a huge company. It manufactures and owns almost anything you can think of, and its parts can be found practically everywhere. But what we didn't count on is the fact that it has its own Everland racetrack, which used to be part of Yongin Amusement Park in South Korea. And why are we actually informing you about it? Mainly because Samsung plans to breathe new life into it and will start using it for testing purposes.

The company wants to work on autonomous vehicles, and it will test the prototypes of its self-driving cars on this track, which is practically ready to help Samsung in its future plans. The track itself opened its doors in 1995, 21 years ago, and the chairman of Samsung, Lee Kun-hee, regularly visited it and drove various sports cars. However, for vehicle testing purposes, the track will be modified to simulate an urban environment and real-world road conditions, but he still wants the car to drive well wherever it steps.
