Samsung has been trying to do everything in the last few months to make people forget about the fiasco regarding Galaxy Note 7 Spontaneous explosions that forced the device to be withdrawn from sale and thus to cancel its production caused defects in the batteries, which Samsung itself recently admitted. However, despite the endless apologies and speeches from the South Korean giant, it is not enough for some users.

A group of five owners Galaxy South Korea's Note 7 announced today that they will continue to sue Samsung after the company allegedly accused them of making a false claim. According to the plaintiffs, the Samsung customer service representatives were labeled as "fraudsters". Additionally, they were charged with making a false claim to obtain monetary compensation.

“The situation plays into the hands of the prosecutors because, as has been proven, fires and explosions Galaxy The Note 7 was caused by defective batteries,” said one official of the law firm representing the entire group of people.

"Consumers have to decide for themselves whether they want to take legal action because they refuse to accept just a sincere personal apology," the official added.

The first legal steps should be taken already in the first half of this year, in the Seoul Central District Court. In addition, Samsung has to face various other lawsuits – both from South Korea and abroad. Fortunately, however, these are not the same cases.
