On the Internet, or rather on YouTube, videos are starting to appear that compare the qualities of Samsung's flagship cameras and Apple. It is therefore not surprising that the discussions under these videos are usually stormy, each phone has its own thing and each one ranks among the absolute best, at least as far as the camera is concerned.
While comparing the specifications of the older Galaxy S7 and newly introduced Galaxy S8/S8+ hardly any differences can be seen in the case of the camera, the reality is somewhat different – Samsung has really worked on the new cameras. How the new camera works we you described in a separate article, yet we would like to remind you that the biggest change took place under the hood. Samsung has incorporated a special co-processor into the phone, which is only responsible for taking photos, and it is this co-processor that has the greatest influence on the resulting quality of the photos.

Let us recall that Galaxy The S8 has a built-in 12Mpx sensor with an f/1.7 lens aperture and a pixel size of 1.4 microns. The size of the sensor is 1/2.55 inches - you can zoom up to 8 times.
