Recently, a bag of old-fashioned applications, which are mainly intended for developing countries with weaker Internet coverage, has literally been torn open. A perfect example is Facebook's Messenger Lite app, which we told you about in April of this year. Google also rode the trend, which some time ago introduced the YouTube Go application, i.e. a lightweight version of the classic YouTube. And the biggest added value of this app is that it can download YouTube videos.

The app was still in beta testing until recently. But now there is a full version of YouTube Go. Its great advantage lies in the ability to download videos from YouTube in different quality. Users can also send downloaded videos to their friends via Bluetooth. But the problem is in the support from the channels themselves, which often do not allow videos to be downloaded, but only played.

A minor disadvantage is that currently the application is primarily intended for developing markets, so it can be downloaded from the Google Play Store in India or Indonesia, for example. But if you are interested in YouTube Go and want to have it on your phone, you can get the apk download from APKMirror and upload it to your phone manually.
