At the same time, the technician guides the customer through a short instruction regarding use, offers accessories and advises on maintenance. All this within 48 hours. In addition, the technician can connect to the Samsung Live Assistant interactive customer service platform on the spot and answer any additional questions.

The new owner not only has to worry about complex transport and installation, but also the provision of possible repairs. Samsung guarantees a priority repair within 48 hours* according to the customer's time options. If the deadline cannot be met for operational reasons, the customer will receive a small gift from Samsung.
