Samsung will introduce the jubilee device from the series next year Galaxy S. For now, we know that the flagship will get a chipset made with 7nm technology, but customers are much more interested in what the device will look like and when the South Korean giant will introduce it.

We have already informed you several times that Galaxy The S10 will receive one of the most anticipated innovations, namely a fingerprint reader integrated into the display.

This is what it might look like Galaxy S10 with iPhone X-style notch:

Samsung chose from three possible solutions to put the fingerprint scanner in the display or under the display, while finally reaching for ultrasonic technology from Qualcomm. Thus, Samsung can insert a fingerprint reader from an OLED display, which must not be thicker than 1,2 millimeters. A huge advantage of the ultrasonic solution is that you can unlock your smartphone under water without any problems. Last but not least, the component could measure blood flow and heart rate.

There are currently three options for placing the fingerprint sensor under the display. Manufacturers can choose between an ultrasonic, optical and capacitive reader. Samsung has been thinking for a long time about how to move the reader from an impractical place on the back to the display, but it waited until a more perfect option. The South Korean giant did not want the optical reader, which is used by competing brands, because it is not very accurate, which cannot be said about the ultrasonic one.
