Performance Galaxy The S10 is around the corner and is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 855 processor in the US and China. In other markets, Samsung's upcoming flagship will be powered by the Exynos 9820 chip, an in-house processor. A now-famous leaker claims that Samsung could introduce the Exynos 9825 in the second half of this year. This could mean that the anniversary Note 10 could come with a newer processor, giving it an edge over the S10 series.

Samsung's latest introduced processor Exynos 9820 it is very powerful and more economical than the previous version, but 8nm technology was used in its production. In contrast, the Exynos 9825 should be manufactured using a 7nm process, which entails even more performance and energy savings.

In comparison, Apple's A12 chip and Huawei's Kirin 980 are both made using 7nm technology. If this production method were also used for the new Exynos, the processor could compete well with them. In addition, the Exynos 9825 should come, unlike the current generation, with a 5G modem that would be directly integrated into the chip.

All these informace must be taken with a grain of salt, none of which are officially confirmed by Samsung. Anyway, if this leak is true, the Note 10 will be a really interesting device with a 6,75″ display and probably a bigger battery and more efficient processor.
