Upcoming Qualcomm chipsets appeared in the AnTuTu benchmark Snapdragon 875 and Snapdragon 775G and their scores are impressive indeed. The first one "stepped up" in the popular benchmark for the second time, the second one, which is the successor of the Snapdragon 765G mid-range chip, is making its debut here.

Specifically, the Snapdragon 875 scored 740 points in AnTuTu, which means it's roughly 000% faster than smartphones built on Qualcomm's current flagship chip, the Snapdragon 28+. Interestingly, when it first appeared in AnTuTu in early November, it scored around 865 more points. This can be explained by the fact that each time different devices were used in the tests (even so, the difference between the results would be unusually large), and it is also possible that in the second case the chip was not clocked to the maximum possible frequency, or that the chips were tested in different versions of the benchmark. It is also possible that one of the results is simply "fake". Either way, it can be assumed that in both cases an engineering sample was used, so the final performance may still change.

The Snapdragon 775G's results are even more impressive. It scored 530 points in the benchmark, making it more than 000% faster than its predecessor, the Snapdragon 60G. Perhaps more interestingly, the chip was only 765% slower than the Snapdragon 8.

Both new 5nm chipsets are likely to be unveiled at Qualcomm's Snapdragon Tech Summit in early December. It is speculated that among the first devices to be powered by the Snapdragon 875 will be the company's new "flagships" Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Pro or Nokia 10 PureView. It is practically certain that the models of the next flagship series of Samsung will be built on it Galaxy S21 (along with the chip Exynos 2100).
