Samsung continues to roll out March security patch - less than a day after the series started receiving it next Galaxy Notes 20, arrived on three-year-old phones in the line Galaxy S9. More specifically, their international versions powered by the Exynos 9810 chipset.

The update with the latest security patch carries firmware version G96xFXXSFFUB3. It can be expected that to all users Galaxy S9 to Galaxy The S9+ will arrive by the end of the month. As always, you can check its availability by opening the menu Settings, by tapping the option Software update and selecting an option Download and install.

In terms of new features, the series was supported under Samsung's two-year update plan, in which it gradually received Android 9 to Android 10 and gradually also the One UI user superstructure in version 2.1 and 2.5.

Samsung has already released the March security patch within two weeks, for example, on the range of smartphones Galaxy Notes 20, Notes 10 a S20, telephone Galaxy A8 (2018) or flagship tablets Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+. In addition to the bugs fixed by Google, it addresses three critical vulnerabilities related to the Exynos 990 chipset and fixes 16 other exploits that Samsung discovered in its system. Several newly resolved issues related to improper data exposure – such as notification screen leaks or unprotected clipboard contents being irresponsibly shared across apps.
