Even though Samsung started releasing the September security patch a few days ago, it is still continuing to release last month's security patch. One of the last devices it arrived on is last year's lower mid-range smartphone Galaxy A41.

New update for Galaxy The A41 carries firmware version A415FXXU1CUH2 and is currently distributed in Russia. She should head to other countries in the coming days.

As a reminder, the August security patch fixes almost four dozen exploits, two of which were marked as critical and 23 as highly dangerous. These vulnerabilities were found in the system Android, so they were fixed by Google itself. In addition, the patch contains fixes for two vulnerabilities discovered in smartphones Galaxy, which was fixed by Samsung. One of them was marked as highly dangerous and related to the reuse of the initialization vector, the other was, according to Samsung, low-risk and related to the UAF (Use After Free) memory exploit in the conn_gadget driver.

Galaxy The A41 was launched last May with Androidem 10 and the One UI 2 superstructure built on it. A few months ago, the phone received an update with Androidem 11/ One UI 3.1.
