Honor's upcoming flagship Honor Magic 4 has appeared in the popular Geekbench 5.4.4 benchmark. And it definitely scored here - it beat Samsung's new highest "flagship" in both tests Galaxy S22Ultra.

In the single-core test, the Honor Magic 4 scored 1245 points, 30 points more than the Galaxy S22 Ultra. In the multi-core test, the difference was already more striking - Honor Magic 4 scored 3901 points in it, while Galaxy S22 Ultra "only" 3303 points. In other words, in the first test the Honor Magic 4 was faster by 2,5%, in the second by more than 18%.

Benchmark didn't reveal what chipset powers Honor's upcoming flagship, but it's likely to be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (perhaps slightly tweaked by Honor). Galaxy The S22 Ultra (SM-S908U) appears to be the version with the chip Exynos 2200.

According to available leaks, the Honor Magic 4 will have an AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6,67 inches, a resolution of 1344 x 2772 px and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a triple camera with a resolution of 50, 50 and 13 MPx (the main camera should have optical image stabilization and support up to 100x digital zoom), under-display fingerprint reader, battery with a capacity of 4800 mAh and support for 100W fast charging and Androidem 12 with Magic UI 6.0 superstructure.

The phone will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 4 on February 4, along with the Magic 2022 Pro and Magic 28 Pro+.
