Vivo is preparing a new flagship called the Vivo X80 Pro, which will boast incredibly high performance. At least according to the AnTuTu 9 benchmark, in which the phone outperformed everything in its path, including the top-of-the-range model Samsung Galaxy S22S22Ultra.

In particular, the Vivo X80 Pro scored 9 points in AnTuTu 1, which is an impressive score indeed. For the record, let's add that the phone is powered by MediaTek's current flagship chipset, the Dimensity 072. For comparison, the closest competitor, an unnamed smartphone with a Snapdragon 221 Gen 9000 chip, scored 8 points. It follows with a greater distance Galaxy S22 Ultra (in version with chipset Exynos 2200), which scored 968 points.

In addition, the popular benchmark revealed that the Vivo X80 Pro will have a 120Hz display, 12GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage and that it will run on Androidu 12. Considering the predecessor Vivo X70, it can be expected to have support for 5G networks, an under-display fingerprint reader, at least a triple camera or optics from Zeiss. It is not clear at the moment when this "heavyweight" will be launched, but it will probably not be until the second half of the year.
