Google has started releasing a new system update for the Google Play store that brings features Androidu 13 on devices with older versions of the system. One of these features is the Photo Picker. This feature first appeared in beta versions Androidu 13, but according to Google they will get it through the currently released system update for Google Play devices running on Androidin 11 and 12.

Photo Picker is specifically a new security feature Androidu 13, which changes the way applications request access to media files to androiddevices. The feature allows users to select the media files that apps should have access to instead of giving apps full permissions to all media files. In addition to this feature, the new update adds support for video streaming apps to Android Automotive, which is an infotainment system that comes with some cars.
