About the smartphone Galaxy A lot has been leaked about the A23 5G, from its design to its European price. Of course, these were just leaks and none of this information was really official. Well, until now. Samsung is now quite quietly already official Galaxy A23 5G introduced.
Galaxy The A23 is already available in certain markets, but now it's its 5G version. Considering this is a budget phone in the range Galaxy And, Samsung has chosen a relatively simple official route, probably also with regard to the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked, on which models are expected Galaxy Z, which will clearly overshadow this news. So Samsung Galaxy A23 officially launched 5G only on its own website. Unsurprisingly, the official listing more or less confirms that the design and specification leaks were true, although we still don't know the price of the phone.

At the moment, it is not clear in which regions the phone will be launched. Let us recall that Galaxy The A23 5G is packed with features like 5G connectivity (of course) and a 5mAh battery with 000W fast charging support. On the back, there is a 25MP primary camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. The phone is also equipped with an 2MP selfie camera located in the front teardrop cutout of the FHD+ 8” display.

The phone is powered by Snapdragon 695, not MediaTek's Dimensity chipset. There will also be optional 4/6/8GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of built-in storage. This will be expandable up to another 1 TB via a microSD card. Other key features include Bluetooth 5.1, Android 12 and One UI 4.1. The device will be available in four colors: black, blue, rose gold and white. The weight of the phone should be 197 g and its dimensions 165,4 x 76,9 x 8,4 mm. So we don't know the official price yet, but it will be in Europe Galaxy A23 5G sells for around 300 euros (roughly CZK 7).
