Google unveiled the new Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro flagship smartphones and its first-ever Pixel smartwatch at its developer conference in May Watch. However, it was not a performance in the true sense of the word, more like a "first preview". The company said on the occasion that it will launch the phones and watches "in full" sometime in the fall. And now she has specified this date.

Google so on Twitter announced that the Pixel 7 and Pixel Watch will present on October 6. It is expected that pre-orders for the novelties will open immediately after, and they will go on sale a week later.

Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro should get Samsung's OLED displays with 6,4 and 6,71-inch diagonals and 90 and 120 Hz refresh rates, a new generation Google Tensor chip, a 50MPx main camera (apparently based on the ISOCELL GN1 sensor), at least 128 GB of internal memory, stereo speakers and degree of protection IP68. They will be powered by software Android 13.

As for the Pixel Watch, they should have Samsung's Exynos 9110 chipset, which debuted in 2018 in the first Galaxy Watch, 2 GB of operating memory, 32 GB of storage, a battery with a capacity of 300 mAh and a USB-C port. A set of sensors for tracking sports activities and fitness, a heart rate sensor and an SpO2 sensor can also be expected. Software-wise they will be built on the system Wear OS (more precisely in version 3 or 3.5). They will reportedly cost $399 (roughly CZK 9).
