I can recommend Duolingo for myself, and Khan Academy for my 12-year-old daughter.
On the contrary, I do not recommend installing WikiHow at all, it is completely pointless to install it as an application when its only function is a link to the website. Basically, it's just a web bookmark in the form of an app.
