Samsung has earned the title of the best employer in the world for the third time in a row from the American business magazine Forbes. The Korean technology giant found itself at the head of the ranking of 800 companies, which were evaluated by their employees from almost 60 countries of the world, including the USA, Great Britain, Germany, South Korea, China, India or Vietnam.

Participants of the survey, on which a German agency collaborated with Forbes The report of Statista, were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to family members and friends. They were also asked to rate the companies in terms of economic impact and image, gender equality and responsibility, and talent development. Samsung employees were among those with the highest job satisfaction. In total, over 150 employees participated in the evaluation.

A key factor contributing to the validity of the survey is that it cannot be conducted by companies themselves. They cannot recruit respondents to the survey and its participants are guaranteed anonymity.

Samsung, which currently has over 266 thousand employees, left behind such giants as Microsoft, IBM, Alphabet (Google), Apple, Delta Air Lines, Costco Wholesale, Adobe, Southwest Airlines or Dell. In addition, it was named one of the best employers for recent graduates.
