To be precise, it needs to be determined a little closer - especially European fans want Galaxy S23 and you can probably guess why. The Exynos vs. Snapdragon has been with us as long as these chips have been made. But now we simply have something to look forward to, and it's nothing against Samsung.
Samsung's flagship chips in recent years have not met the standards set by Qualcomm. Three years ago, they were even so bad that Samsung had to apologize for it. But he promised to do better next time, which he will do with the Exynos 2100 in a row Galaxy S21 succeeded. He didn't have any visible problems at first glance.
But nothing lasts forever, because the Exynos 2200 included in the line Galaxy S22 was bad from the start. After all, even Samsung knew it, which distributed it in fewer markets than in previous years. But Europe did not escape him. Probably also with regard to the GOS case, which accompanied the S22 series, Samsung understood that the road does not lead here, and to the delight of all of us, it changed its strategy. It really looks more and more like Samsung will use Qualcomm's chip in the S23 series worldwide, including here. It should even be a specially tuned Snapdragon Gen 2 chip with higher CPU and GPU clocks.
Every cloud has a silver lining
Be that as it may with the existence of the Exynos 2300, all fans of the brand in those markets where Samsung supplied the top line of its phones with its own chips, now have a reason to rejoice and really look forward to the company's news. They clearly don't have to worry about how Samsung's chip did, because we know that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is top notch, which will rightfully be expected from the entire S23 series, and that's simply good news.
At the same time, it should be added that every Samsung fan must still hope that the period of affection for Qualcomm is only temporary. It is right and beneficial to have phones Galaxy they had the chips of their manufacturer, i.e. Samsung, that's how it works Apple, that's how Google does it, just better than what Samsung tried to do now. But the current situation gives him time to focus on future chips, on those that will be present in Galaxy S24 and S25 where it can really stand out and show its back to the competition.
This kind of crap and the fact that the Snapdragon heats up 3x more doesn't bother anyone. I own a 22+ and I don't have the slightest problem with anything, so what are the problems from the beginning you geeks? Who writes this shit?
I have a note 10+ with exynos. I don't see any problems. Even after 3 years, everything sleeps as it should. Playback does not occur even when editing the video. I don't know why this is such a hot topic. Maybe snapdragon will be better, but even my 3-year-old phone has so much performance that I probably only know the performance thanks to antutu measurements. Even different comparison videos need note10+ vs s22 ultra speed differences are in milliseconds and sometimes even the older phone is faster. I think it's not such a wow topic that so many unnecessary articles are created for it. Fans of the brand have known for a long time that the s23 will have snapdragons, and others are not so interested.
The Exynos 2200 has slightly lower performance, slightly higher consumption, and slightly worse image processing. Both SG and Exynos cost the same money. In principle, why buy an inferior product for the same price.
On that principle, people simply won't buy it. This is the only way to let the manufacturer know.
I don't think anyone buys cell phones on principle these days. So there are a few tech-savvy people who look for these differences. I was rather alluding to the fact that, according to the article, Samsung fans want the 23. I consider myself a Samsung fan and am considering the 23 series. but definitely not because of the processor. I don't really care about the latter, because both are excellent and I, as an ordinary user, do not know the differences you described.
I rather think that the 22 series will go on sale, which will now appear in events and sales, and fans will go for the price rather than the processor.
I don't know... I'd rather support the development of my own chip even at the cost of a few percent of performance. Samsung has always been nice to me with its own Exynos and Apple shows that the more parts of device development you have in your own hands, the better. So maybe S24 will be back with Exynos. (No, I really don't with Exynos v Galaxy With a problem for many years). Even so, I think the S23 can be a nice piece.
I will gladly support my own development, but I will not pay the same for less. If only the exynos version was cheaper, but it isn't. It's not even better.
In November I went from iOS na Android and he wanted a Samsung. But I rejected the S22 precisely because of the Exynos. Temporarily bought a used S21FE and will see what happens with the S23. In theory, there is still a possibility iPhone I miss iMessage and with Intel Unison you can now write messages on windows – the reason for switching to Android.
If the S23 will be with Sg and in Alz it will be under the Neo lease for a similar price as the S22 (474 per month) then I will lease it for that year and then decide whether iOS or Android.
