Samsung has a tradition of composing a new version of its arguably most famous Over The Horizon ringtone every year for flagship phones Galaxy S. Even this year, the Korean giant has prepared an up-to-date version of its classic ringtone for the series Galaxy S23, which he will reveal to the world today.

As in previous years, the latest version of the Over The Horizon ringtone is accompanied by a video. Samsung has used a retro theme for the new ringtone, and the accompanying video is created using a combination of digital and stop-motion graphics, showing the cities, nature and animals around us. The new motif celebrates the global optimism that has been particularly evident in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new version of Over The Horizon was composed by American singer and DJ Yaeji (real name Kathy Yaeji Lee), who is considered one of the most talented artists in the field of modern electronic music. The musician believes that we all need to express positivity, which is what she tried to do with the new version of the ringtone. The new ringtone evokes universal feelings of hope and joy, and you can listen to it in the video below.

Samsung its new flagship series Galaxy S23 will present tonight. Together with it, it will apparently also launch a new laptop series Galaxy Book3.
