At the end of last year, Samsung released the Camera Assistant application that smartphone users Galaxy brings more control over camera settings. The app was first available only for the series Galaxy S22. Now the Korean giant has released a new update for it that makes it available on more phones Galaxy.

The latest version of Camera Assistant (1.1.00.4) is compatible with the series Galaxy S23, S21 and S20 and foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4. However, the app will only be available for these devices after they are updated to One UI 5.1. Although Samsung has already released an update with a new version of its superstructure for most of the mentioned phones, not all regions have received it yet. In addition, the new update brings an option to darken the screen to help prevent the phone from heating up. Samsung recently added to the app other features, including the ability to adjust image sharpness/softness and frame rate or other timer options. It also received an icon supporting the Material You design language. Camera Assistant will soon be compatible with other devices Galaxy, including flexible phones Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Flip3 and Z Fold2 and series Galaxy Footnote20.
