Xiaomi's upcoming fitness bracelet Smart Band 8 has received certification from the Korean regulator NRRA. The certification includes several "raw" photos of the device. The certification about the device reveals almost nothing concrete, but the images reveal a number of unknowns.

The certification of the Korean regulator NRRA (National Radio Research Agency) lists the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 under the model number M2239B1. The device has a DC 3,87V Polymer Li-ion battery and supports the Bluetooth 5.1 standard.

The bracelet brings some visual changes, including the strap. Unlike the previous full-body strap, there is now a two-piece detachable strap that attaches to the body of the device. The same solution is used, for example, by the Smart Band 7 Pro bracelet or the Redmi smart watch Watch 3. On the back of the bracelet we can see something like two rubberized pads and slightly changed sensors compared to the 7th generation Smart Band. In terms of size, the device looks very similar to the 'XNUMX', however the exact dimensions are unknown at this time.

The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 should otherwise have all the usual fitness tracking features and a large display. Its launch is expected in April or May.
