  • Enter the date, when you had your last period and then how long your usual cycle is. 

Now you have tracking set up. So go to the Samsung Health app on your smartwatch and here again select the Samsung Health app. You can see the tab below Cycle tracking, after clicking which you will find out all the important ones informace. You can also set cycle tracking as an additional watch face tile. There, you just need to click on the symbol in the new field More and select the application option Samsung health. Like any cycle tracking app, it will learn from your data over time and provide more accurate predictions over time. The watch will also use its temperature sensor to provide better feedback, if yours has one.
