As part of its Unpacked event, Samsung has just presented the complete portfolio of not only its flagship smartphone series, but also tablets. As expected, we got a new trio of phones with the designation Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra as well as a range of tablets Galaxy Tab S8, S8+ and S8 Ultra. At the same time, the last one mentioned here stands out from the series not only by the size of its display, but also by the present aperture.

So as you can see, Ultra is indeed Ultra in this respect. The largest iPad Pro has "only" a 12,9" display. The smallest model Galaxy The Tab S8 has a fingerprint reader integrated into the side button, the higher two models already have a fingerprint reader integrated into the display. The dimensions of the device are 77,9 x 163,3 x 8,9 mm, the weight is 229 g.

Camera assembly
As for the main camera, it is the same in all models. It is a dual 13MPx wide-angle camera accompanied by a 6MPx ultra-wide-angle camera. LED is also a matter of course. Smaller models have a 12MPx ultra-wide-angle front camera, but the Ultra model offers two 12MPx cameras, one wide-angle and the other ultra-wide-angle. Since Samsung has minimized the bezels, those present must be in the display cutout.

Performance and memory
There will be a choice of 8 or 12 GB of operating memory for the models Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+, Ultra also gets 16 GB, but not here. The integrated storage can be 128, 256 or 512 GB depending on the model. Not a single model lacks support for memory cards up to 1 TB in size. The included chipset is manufactured using 4nm technology and is Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

The battery sizes are 8000 mAh, 10090 mAh and 11200 mAh. There is support for 45W wired charging with Super Fast Charging 2.0 technology and the included connector is USB-C 3.2. There is support for 5G, LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 6E, or Bluetooth in version 5.2. The devices are also equipped with a quadruple stereo system from AKG with Dolby Atmos and three microphones. All models will include the S Pen and charging adapter right in the box. The operating system is Android 12.
