Samsung Galaxy A5 (2015) - Samsung Galaxy The A5 2015 Edition was launched on 30 October 2014 alongside a smaller and related Samsung model Galaxy A3 (2015) and larger Samsung Galaxy A7 (2015) which were introduced later in January 2015. Samsung Galaxy The A5 (2016) was the successor to the Samsung edition Galaxy A5 (2015), which featured a redesigned metal and glass construction.
Samsung Galaxy The A5 was equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chip, which was a 64-bit ARM Cortex-A53 processor with a frequency of 1,2 GHz. The graphics processor of the phone was Adreno 306. The smartphone offered 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage with support for removable MicroSD cards of up to 64 GB. The device's MicroSD card slot has been designed to accommodate a SIM card, so the A5 can also be used in Dual SIM mode.
