Samsung Galaxy The Tab 4 8.0 was announced on April 1, 2014 and launched on May 1, 2014 alongside the Samsung tablet Galaxy Table 4 10.1. Unlike 7″ and 10,1″ tablets, it is Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is only the second iteration of the 8″ device platform. Tablet Galaxy The Tab 4 8.0 was released with the system Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Samsung has tweaked the interface with its TouchWiz Essence UX software. In addition to apps from Google, including Google Play, Gmail, and YouTube, it has access to Samsung apps such as ChatON, Voice Recorder, Calendar, Smart Remote (Peel)(WiFi version only), Smart Stay, Multi-Window, Group Play, and All Share Play.
