Samsung smartphone Galaxy The S5 Mini was introduced in May 2014 and launched on July 1, 2014. Samsung Galaxy The S5 Mini used an almost identical variant of the polycarbonate perforated leatherette hardware of the S5. It was equipped with a quad-core Exynos 3 Quad 3470 processor clocked at 1,4 GHz or the same clocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8228 processor clocked at 1,4 GHz.
It also offered 5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage and a 4,5″ (1280×720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 326 PPI. The S5 Mini was also equipped with a 2,1-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera with the ability to record 1080p video at 30 frames per second.
